Sometimes we struggle to make meaning of our experiences and can get stuck in unhealthy and unproductive patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.  This struggle can have a profoundly negative effect on our sense of self and our relationships.  It can also feel very lonely at times that you are the only person going through what you are facing.  I find that adding inspirational quotes as part of your daily life can create a feeling of connection to a shared human experience and ignite a new way of looking at things, which can lead to a more positive and hopeful outlook.  I encourage you to read  some of my favorite quotes below and seek out inspiration in your daily practice.
